Introduction
Academic Outreach provides instructional development services, training and technical support for faculty involved with the development and teaching of courses delivered online through the College of Continuing Studies. We are available to help you with eLearning, as well as with any other instructional tools (e.g., streaming video, online tutorials, e-resources that accompany your textbook).
If you are interested in developing or revising a course, please contact the Program Manager who represents your college or school. For technical assistance with existing CCS online courses, please submit a Tech Support Request or call (205) 348-9157. Specific faculty and staff information is also available for The External Degree Program (EXD) and The Gadsden Center.
