Academic and Technical Support Services
Our tech support team is live from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday. They respond to phone and online requests concerning technical problems and corrections in distance courses.
Students also have support and assistance so the faculty member does not become the student's tech support contact. A link to this service is in every online course.
